Marghdeen Learning Centre is the first institute of non-formal education offering online courses in Iqbal Studies. These course are certified by Iqbal Academy Pakistan and presented in coordination with Dr. Iqbal Society of North America (DISNA) and Topline Publishers Pakistan.

Level One: Introductory
At this level, the aim is to provide an overview of the works of Iqbal. Presently, only one course is offered at this level, which is the following:
Level Two: Principles
Courses at this level provide a basic introduction to Iqbal's thought about specific domains of knowledge with an aim of redefining those domains in the light of Iqbal's thought. Presently, the following courses are being offered at the level:
Level Three: Application
- The DNA of History: History According to Iqbal
- The Art of Joseph: World Literature According to Iqbal
- The Wisdom of Moses: Principles of Politics According to Iqbal (New)
- Unsuspected Harmonies: Reconstruction of Religious Thought (Intended)
- New Method: Principles of Education According to Iqbal (Intended)
Courses at this level provide practical skills derived from the thought of Iqbal for application in various fields. Presently, only one course is offered at this level, which is the following:
