Now that the biography of Rashid is being uploaded daily, I hope that his fans won’t mind if I also cover other topics. In the next few posts I would like to discuss seven writers whose work has been popular among all segments of society and has shaped our national identity. Yet, they have seldom been studied seriously:

In the next post, we begin with ‘the Poet of Youthfulness’ (memorizing the work of this poet is compulsory for school children from age 5 in Pakistan).
